Welcome to Pro Spec Diesel, where we’re committed to efficiency, precision, and excellence in every repair. Our facility features three large 100-foot drive-thru bays equipped with top-of-the-line tools and technology.
We’re looking for a Parts Assistant to support our busy shop operations. This role is perfect for someone organized, hands-on, and ready to keep things moving behind the scenes. You’ll play a key role in helping our service team stay efficient by handling parts deliveries, shipments, and inventory organization.
This role is responsible for:
- Deliver parts to technicians in the shop and assist with parts pickups.
- Receive, label, and store incoming parts deliveries (shipping & receiving).
- Keep inventory areas organized, clean, and up to date.
- Track and restock commonly used parts to prevent shortages.
- Assist with checking parts against invoices for accuracy.
- Help maintain records for warranty parts and returns.
- Support the Parts Technician and Service teams as needed.
Requirements for this position include:
- Previous experience in a parts or warehouse environment is an asset (but not required).
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Team player with good communication and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills (inventory or shipping software experience is a plus).
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are preferred.
Compensation:
🗓️ Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

💰 Hourly wage: $25.00–$30.00/hr, depending on experience
