The Role

We are currently seeking a Shop Foreman / Lead Technician who is committed to delivering exceptional service, achieving clear goals, and driving team performance. This role is for a top-level technician who leads by example, takes ownership of shop operations, and maintains a high standard while developing and supporting the team within a structured, growth-oriented environment.

This position is ideal for someone with extensive hands-on experience, advanced certifications, and a proven ability to mentor and guide others. Journeyman Heavy Duty Technician Certification

7+ years of heavy-duty truck and trailer experience

Commercial Vehicle Inspection License

Class 1 or Class 3 license

Automotive diesel experience

  • Maximizing prioritizing shop efficiency and repair turnaround time
  • Drive team productivity, workflow, and overall shop performance
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship standards across all repairs
  • Lead diagnostics and provide technical guidance on complex jobs
  • Ensure work is completed correctly the first time, minimizing comebacks
  • Oversee daily shop operations and maintain organization and structure
  • Support estimating, job flow, and invoice closing accuracy
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation across all work orders
  • Actively participate in and lead daily and monthly meetings
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
  • Perform mobile/service truck repairs
